Why buy new
What "factory-new" actually gets you.
Specified before the steel is cut
On a factory build the paint, flooring, door hardware, and markings are all specified up front, so every unit in the run is built to one spec rather than assembled from what a yard happens to hold.
Our own BIC owner code
Units ship under our own owner code, registered to One Way Lease in the public BIC registry. The code stencilled on the door is ours, so the chain of custody starts with us.
Documented before release
Our production runs are photographed angle by angle — doors, both ends, both sides, roof, underside, flooring — and CSC-plated to Bureau Veritas approval before release.
One cosmetic caveat, stated up front
One-trip units have made a single loaded voyage, so a light surface mark or scuff is rare but possible. Structurally and mechanically they are as-new, and the documentation set shows the actual condition. If a unit needs to be cosmetically perfect, tell us and we will pick accordingly.
The documentation set
Every angle, from the production run.
These are units from our own production, not stock photography. Doors, both ends, both sides, roof, underside, and flooring. The most recent documented 40ʹ HC run was built August 2026 — see the production record.

Heights are ISO geometry for type 45G1. Weights and cubic capacity are the figures stamped on the CSC plate of the August 2026 run shown above, so a customer standing at the box can verify them. Weights vary between builds — the values for any individual unit are stencilled on its doors and stamped on its plate. Full internal and external dimensions, plus FAQs, are on the 40ʹ HC catalog page.
